Description
Understand people skills as the first buying decision a customer evaluates when making major decisions and how to use them to make positive first impressions and develop a trusting relationship.

This course is geared to anyone who works in support of customers. Modules 1-3 are suggested for all customer-facing employees, 1-8 are suggested for Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales and Marketing.
