Description
Introduces sales call planning utilizing commitment objectives to gain feedback from the customer in the form of agreements that move the sales process forward.

This course is geared to anyone who works in support of customers. Modules 1-3 are suggested for all customer-facing employees, 1-8 are suggested for Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales and Marketing.
